@Thrak We so very much loved our British Isles cruise and would not mind repeating it. There is so much to do and see, as well as the people are so friendly! DNA says I am 53% Scottish so we had a blast in Scotland visiting my family castles (LOL) of the Campbell Clan. @JimmyVWine has done such a fantastic job with his review and it brings back fond memories.

The outdoor pool in the area of the Sanctuary is adults only. This is not a true part of the Sanctuary and there is no charge.

You are planning on cruising this June (2023)? We enjoyed our British Isles cruise in May 2022. Please be aware that tours in Le Havre for Normandy fill extremely quickly. We had over a year to book our excursions an were on the Wait List for many months for the Normandy tours. You might consider booking for next year for more shore excursion availability.

What do you have in mind that you would like Princess to offer? You could probably arrange to reserve an area for a gathering. Otherwise, princess would not have a clue about what you want. In order to participate in the Chef's Table, upon boarding, immediately contact the Dine Line, Passenger Services, or a Dining Room Manager to be placed on the Wait List. They will contact you if you are able to participate. We enjoyed the Crown Grill when on the Emerald in May 2022.

We receive benefits through our Big Box TA which includes possible OBC and a very nice reward cash card after our return. This would not happen by booking directly. Plus, we can typically see available cabins when the Princess website does not offer that.

We were in E 736 and loved it. However, if I we're you, I would much prefer the Caribe, Dolphin or Emerald deck as those balconies are much larger.@KreinKrunkeris referring to the aft viewing decks that are open to everyone. Those really held not bother us.

We had two footstools on our balconies on the Emerald (corner aft) and the Grand (larger Caribe balcony).

We book our preferred cabin IMMEDIATELY and monitor fare reductions. This has worked well saving us hundreds if not thousands of dollars.

I do not remember as it was TWO FREAKING years ago. They have had our deposit that whole time and I am sure made more than $10.00 from.the interest alone.

The very best Mexican restaurants are typically the little "hole in the wall" places. That is what we have found in many places we have lived. That is not to say that it can not be found in the not so hole in the wall. This may seem like a contradiction, but we have found to not avoid those small places off of the beaten path.

I volunteer to investigate and will report back. I was born in San Diego and spent my first 28 years in S. CA and my very favorite food is Mexican. So, hopefully it will be offered on the Sky this June. I know, it is quite the sacrifice........

Good advice, The HOHO bus there is fabulous and you can purchase tickets in advance for the castle. We loved Edinburgh.

There definitely was a difference when we boarded the Emerald in May 2022. We knew about there being no more tote bags. But the thing I missed the most was a pen and pad of paper. I asked our steward and he did dig a set up and bring it to me. What other things were you looking for?

Thanks for your journal and photos. We also toured with the same company and actually had lunch at the same place. We now compare all Fish and Chips orders to the one that DH had. It was fabulous as was my burger.

@Coral Thank yo so much for the beautiful photos, especially of the whales. We have seen the bubble netting a couple of times and it is incredible to watch.
