Vegan, yes. However, the WFPB (whole food plant based) vegan diet goes a bit further. No oils, refined flour or sugars are permitted because they are inflammatory for the body.
It is a bummer, but I am trying to get my body back on track. Once you gt used to it, it is not so bad.
My own dressing is composed of a real authentic balsamic vinegar, a mustard (I like spicy), and real maple syrup.
