  1. DH and DS needed to verify thru SheerID a couple of years ago after having it applied automatically for years. OBC did not show up automatically. Our CVP needed to go into booking and trigger it.
  2. We have cruised many times on longer cruises on the Sapphire and have never experienced waits or many diners. Limited menu may be the reason. On the other hand it is great to walk in, seated and served great food either free or pay.
  3. Nobody is mentioning the Hawaiian Airline routes that Alaska does not service. South Pacific, Asia. Huge markets.
  4. Absolutely no issues with Crystal Light and Starbucks Via. Never leave home without them.
  5. We had flyers left in our cabins promoting the wine packages. Last year many of the wines were not available. Hopefully sufficient stock has been loaded.
  6. We had the same packages on last years Sapphire Antarctic cruise. Maybe just for the holiday season.
  7. I used Fidelity, without an account, basically the same day the Stockperks was required as my brokerage was not listed. These were share I purchased prior to inheriting holdings. Alinea seems to be the easiest to use according to majority of responses. My account holding CCL stock, substantial holdings inherited and in a trust has been linked to Plaid for quite sometime.
  8. One possibility is your status is incorrect on the Medallion App, logo wrong color. Mine is incorrect so does not show the discount. DH is correct and shows the discount. Purchased through his account and the discount applied. Hopefully my status level will be corrected with the new app.

  10. No transfers included. Your transfer is your choice, private or with Princess. We always utilize Princess as it less stressful.
  11. LA to Vancouver is a legal cruise. We have done it many times. You embark in one country and disembark in another. Your issue, from another post, are continuing to Alaska and disembarking in Seattle.
  12. No, as the majority of responses indicate. The new process thru Stockperks is far more efficient.
  13. On the Sky in August, Pub Lunch items were available most days in the buffet.
  14. Exactly the answer I have received with OBC credited to cruise exactly 5 business days from submission.
  15. I downloaded the app on Wednesday last week using an IPhone 11, running iOS 16.7.2 with no issues.
  16. My error, I thought I had submitted for a 2025 cruise but was a late 2024. I have requested my post be deleted. The reference you posted was not on the website when I submitted on Wednesday. I am pleased to see they are bringing the OBC back into line with the rules posted and years ago adhered to.
  17. The verbage prior to the link indicated to not email/fax/ snail mail. I believe the info from my CVP. Over 10 years of using her she has never led me wrong.

  19. I have been using Plaid for years. All my banking institutions use it. Plaid was formed in 2013.
  20. There are multiple individuals who have received this on multiple formats. The process is in place and working.

  22. The work around I was given was to select Fidelity, upload a photo of brokerage statement and change broker from Fidelity to whatever your financial institution is. I could not get the name change to work so just submitted using Fidelity. Received confirmation email. My financial institution was listed but the account could not be verified thru Plaid. I also had issues with the name on the account. Ended us utilizing the exact name on the account, family trust.
  23. I have downloaded the app, created an account and submitted a request. Stockperks indicated they were having an issue with Plaid when I contacted them regarding an issue. They provided a workaround which works with my holdings confirmed within minutes. Submitted a request for the credit to be applied and received a response the credit would be applied within 5 business days.
