  1. Actual capacity is 750 ml. But you don't have to fill them tonthe top....
  2. Think of it as a slim wine bottle 🤣 Top to bottom height - 11" Circumference - 9.25" Bottom diameter - just shy of 3" Remember, a standard wine bottle holds 750 ml....so.... There is also a carabiner clip included to hook it to your smaller bag or whatever.
  3. I am currently on Navigator and can confirm that the lightweight aluminum Vero water bottles hold 750 ml.
  4. The aluminum bottles are NOT heavy. Their capacity is more than the 16 oz/half liter disposables so you don't have to fill them to the top. They are an excellent alternative for the excessive waste of those plastic bottles. Better for the environment.
  5. Was referring to the posted photo of the balcony door....which is opened/closed regularly and thus exposed environment. We are on Navigator now and had a couple of sea days with very rough sea conditions and let's face it...the balcony doors are not perfectly sealed...so we did experience some dampness at the exact area shown on the mariner balcony photo. That's what happens.
  6. It's a ship. In a saltwater environment.
  7. I think Dublin no longer permits cruise ships to dock...thus, the need for tendering. Our tour guide there last summer mentioned that IIRC
  8. I don't believe that's the case since it became "Serene Spa..." I had a pedicure recently on Navigator and the gratuity/service charge was added to the price posted on the sheet. And of course there's always the line on the receipt for "extra gratuity." 🙄
  9. And I LOVE that Osaka Power Bowl! And it is on tomorrow's lunch menu in CR on Navigator. Your point is well-taken. To each his/her own! 💯
  10. On Navigator now. The only challenges we've had so far are weather and sea conditions affecting times, etc. Missed Bar Harbor due to unsafe tendering. Missed Corner Brook due to ice in the area so we are in Charlottetown today. We shall see how/if the wind carries smoke to Baie Comeau. Quebec City, Montreal.
  11. Hope you enjoy that luncheon as much as we did on the last 3 segments. We opted out this time as the menu was identical to one of those we attended....and to give others the opportunity 😂
  12. We have been onboard since 21April with a few crew changes here and there across various departments. No issues on our part. Can't say enough about the crew! We'll still be here when you join. Be ready to get pampered. Little glitch could be a bit slow service in CR at dinner. But to be honest, we don't go for the "30 Minute Meal." We enjoy the relaxation.
  13. Jason is still onboard in a consulting capacity
  14. Have you joined the Roll Call for WC24 on this site? You'll find some good Intel there. I'll post some thoughts there rather than hijack this thread. Catch you over there!
  15. We'll be onboard with you.....and also enjoyed WC18. What kind of "tips" are you looking for?
  16. Note that the local authorities may have a say in the matter as to whether they will allow "outsiders"....so I have been told. 🙄
  17. Not allowed? NOT TRUE! We had visitors join us on Navigator a couple of weeks ago when we docked in Jacksonville.
  18. Best advice ever given- don't book anything less than you'll be happy with (wait...not supposed to end a sentence with a preposition 😁).
  19. Try not to get caught up in the minutiae of planning out every hour of your voyage. Just relax and enjoy things as they happen to strike your fancy. 😉
  20. We are on Navigator as we speak...this is turnaround day in Montreal. 18 staying on for next segment. 12 of us are taking the 3-hour excursion in the city. Received info about 4 days ago and decided to join the tour.
