But to use the Navigator App and see your account on the TV does not require purchasing WiFi at all. It's on the ship's Intranet. It's separate so your friend can still use all the Navigator functions. ~Nancy

There was not a shuttle when I was there in October 2022. I would call the hotel and ask for current info. Actually, the taxi from the hotel to Port Everglades was about $20 which I think is reasonable. I've read here that Uber/Taxi from the FLL airport is about $20 also. I'll be at the Riverside a month from now! It's a nice change from the chain hotels. ~Nancy

Water from the tap in your cabin and in the restaurants is fine to drink and there is no extra cost. I've been drinking ship water for 42 years! ~Nancy

Miami is a huge city! It will help us give suggestions if you tell us where you are staying. What is your budget for food? What kind of restaurants are you interested in trying? McDonalds or a Michelin Star restaurant? ~Nancy

How did the solo meet up go? I cruise solo most of the time, and sometimes on HAL. I love solo travel! I don't go to the solo meet ups either, as I'm not really into organized groups so it's just not my "thing". I do love meeting people though, solo or otherwise, all over the ship, in the bars, lido, by the pools etc. 🙂 The Panama Canal trip is so great, and I'll be watching to see whatever you decide to post. @Ready2go11 I'm interested to know this too. It seems to me that moving it at noon would be the best for crew. What do you think? For me, I don't really care and just will go with the flow of whichever it is on Zuiderdam next month. 🙂 I've very happy to hear of the improved service so far and the added classical music performances! ~Nancy

I will be on the Zuiderdam transatlantic with @mawvkysc leaving Ft. Lauderdale right after the World Cruise ends on May 11th. I was wondering about probable delays due to the huge turnover of luggage, staff changes and restocking of provisions. I imagine we will have the same exact issues that you are having on the Oosterdam so will pack some extra patience for the first day or two. Most of my friends love audio books and podcasts, but I don't. I've been an avid reader since I learned how to read but cannot bear to be read to! I don't know why, but my good friends and family know to never try to read me an article or anything. If I can see the speaker like in a TED talk that's fine for some reason. 🤷‍♀️ Why is HAL even getting involved in something like this? Fix the entertainment, IT and food offerings before spending resources on this. Bottom line, no HAL Audible for me! ~Nancy

I'm looking forward to your Morimoto review. Reading the menu and looking at the price, I just am not excited to try it. I am the OP for the thread you referenced. After my TA spoke with Windstar about rebooking, I was able to get my preferred date and the OBC offered as well as the rate and perks from my original sailing dates. I really am not happy to hear they snatched away your cruise with such short notice but if you discuss this one on one with Windstar, hopefully they will accommodate a rebooking at the time frame that works for you. Windstar really did work to make it up to me and I am now happy with the new dates, perks and fare! @FlightMedic555Best wishes to you and your friends for a good resolution. ~Nancy

The top picture is not a Neptune Suite fold out bed. It looks like a regular Veranda Suite. Bottom picture looks like a Neptune or Signature Suite in the non-Pinnacle ships. Is that correct Neptune cruisers? ~Nancy
