  1. I would not wait for check-in. If you believe you are supposed to have the Premium beverage package on the cruise showing the limes, sort it out with Celebrity now, either via your TA or direct if you booked direct with Celebrity.
  2. As a suite guest your restaurant will be Luminae, which is for Suite Guest. Our experience is that the quality of food and service in Luminae is much better than the Main Dining Room. You can order items off the MDR menu in Luminae and I believe some have even been able to order items from Blu as well. You can view the menu items for the restaurants on the Celebrity app but we usually ask for the MDR menu when we get our Luminae menu's.
  3. As @Merion_Momsaid, yes the Concierge will do that for you. For our last cruise on Quantum, we had the concierge make dinner reservations in CK, reservations for shows that 'required reservations', as well a for the North Star and iFly. Any arrangements that you can think of that you would like you can request of the Suite Concierge and she/he will do their best to accomodate you.
  4. Get a scoop of French Vanilla Ice Cream and pour a shot of Bailey's over it. Makes a really great dessert or night cap.
  5. Nope. I will not sail Carnival ever again. So let Carnival do what they please.
  6. Just because you should not does not necessarily mean you cannot. If these people went unpunished, then I am extremely disappointed in Royal Caribbean.
  7. Interesting. We sailed on Quantum earlier out of Seattle and both of the roulette wheels were European with the single 0. I prefer these as I always bet 0
  8. My wife and I are the same. Both have two separate cards, once for initial two doses and one for the two boosters. We will be going tomorrow to our family doctor's office and getting the flu shot and seeing if we need to get the newer vaccine. The little wallets that hold our passports on one side and shot cards on the other is very convenient. Yes, to fully complete the check-in online all that information is needed. However, as mentioned earlier, you can go to check-in section of the app, select a check-in time and exit. Then at your leisure you can go back and upload photographs, passport information, etc. It does not all have to be done when you first use the check-in on the app.
  9. I just entered the passport information vice photo's of our passports. I did post photo's of our vaccination records, but this was back in July.
  10. True - which is why I agree that after a certain period of time threads should be deleted as the information is obsolete and leads to more confusion.
  11. We always get a kettle in the room and make our own hot water. We bring insulated mugs and find them very useful in 'brewing' our own tea. However, we mainly drink green tea but love the Tea Forte Jasmine Green Tea.
  12. If I am sitting at the bar and having a couple of drinks, or in the lounge, instead of tipping per drink, I leave a tip when I finish a drink. When sitting at a table and being served by the wait staff, I tip per drink. If I walk up to the bar and get a single drink, I tip at time of service.
  13. At least he searched and found an existing thread instead of starting up a new one.
  14. Nice. Did not know they had it in 2012. We did not sail in December 2012.
  15. Celebrity's requirement for Australia and New Zealand seem pretty clear to me. https://www.celebritycruises.com/healthy-at-sea/australia-new-zealand-travel-requirements

  17. If I read the site correctly, testing is only required for non-vaccinated guest. At least that is what it said when I looked for Cartagena, which is a stop on our Panama Canal transit in April on Milly.
  18. Hang your clothes on a hanger, hang them in the bathroom, and run the shower with only hot water and steam the clothes. Turn off the shower, and leave the clothes hanging. Wrinkles pretty much disappear.
  19. I think once you hit 1 million miles you get permanent status. For United you get permanent Gold at 1 Million miles, permanent Platinum at 2 Million, etc.
  20. We were last on Brilliance in 2018 and it was a Concierge Lounge then as we were Diamond Plus in a Jr suite and I lived at that beautiful bar. She's one of the reasons the Radiance Class has always been a favorite of ours.
  21. You can get drinks in the Diamond Lounge but they are not "free." You will need to use one of your vouchers for each drink in the Diamond Lounge just like at most of the other bars on the ship.
  22. I agree that you would get charged $0.00 for each vouchered drink but at the end of the day I would have a dozen or so $0.00 on my account, most of which came from Coastal Kitchen and no idea what each represented. I knew between us my wife and I never had that many drinks that were covered by the voucher.
  23. Sorry I guess I got this confused with Celebrity where it is now two per person vs stateroom. Just another way the two cruise lines with under the one company differ.
