  1. Contact the pre-concierge. (But, be flexible about availability, none-the-less!)
  2. The Escape ran aground in Puerto Plata.
  3. I believe you are correct, but have not tried to do that!
  4. Platinum PLUS now equals one of these: Sapphire 150 pts, Diamond 350 pts, Ambassador 700 pts. You are correct that you can use your dining coupons almost anywhere. Here's the DINING stuff: Benefit is available on sailings 5 days or longer, and entitles each guest to an appetizer, one entrée and dessert of choice. Upcharges apply to certain premium menu items; Raw Bar Seafood Platter is not included. Bottle of Wine offered in all venues offering Complimentary Wine list, Palomar not included. In à la carte restaurants, coupon can be redeemed for 4 menu items per person (Sushi, Wasabi, Nama, Teppanyaki, Hasuki, Food Republic, Pincho Tapas Bar or Raw Bar). Additional entrées will incur supplemental charges. Dinner coupons are non-transferrable. Solo guests cannot claim two dinners. Coupons can’t be used for the same venue twice. 2 guests maximum. Dining options vary by ship.
  5. Club Balcony Suites receive 2 "treats" delivered during the cruise. (Ours were chocolate covered strawberries and cookies.) Also, you get one free bag of Laundry! And, as @cruiseny4life stated, the bathroom is larger than in a regular balcony room!

  7. NCL does not have any "concierge club suites"! (Therefore, if you are in any "M" room, you will NOT have any concierge services.) Only Haven ("H") Suites have concierge services on the BREAKAWAY.
  8. Possibly someone new was stuffing envelopes and just didn't know better?! 🤪 It certainly made me double-check the NCL website!!!
  9. We are doing Dominican Republic, USVI, Antigua, St Maarten, SJ,PR and GSC!
  10. We got a similar letter with our luggage tags for our December cruise. I looked online and then, apparently, tossed the letter in the shredder (because of the online message).
  11. https://www.ncl.com/travel-requirements-by-country Short list = Australia, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Fiji, Greece. Australia is the most restrictive.
  12. If I am remembering correctly, the larger carton of FLOW (1Ltr) was $6.00 individually (COLD) as we left the ship on port days.
  13. The butler does the refilling of water!
  14. If you are outside of Final Payment, you could try changing the guests around, in order to allow those who want excursion to have the credit. Adding: I'm actually not certain about the time limit that change might be able to happen!
  15. Thank you for your post. It seems that you had a good cruise. (Great to know you enjoyed your couple's massages!)
  16. https://www.ncl.com/travel-requirements-by-country Bermuda is no longer on the list. I'd advise you to keep monitoring, but it seems that Bermuda will not be an issue in the Spring of 2023!
  17. That is as likely accurate as anything that has been stated!👍👍
  18. You can book your dining reservations right at Midnight E.S.T. Yes, you can make reservations before Final Payment is complete!
  19. NCL's "bottled" water (filtered h2O) in a carton "FLOW" brand, and is included with PPBP at most bars. You can also get Sparkling waters at most bars and restaurants.
  20. I think that you might have mixed concepts of the two drink packages. The basic "Free at Sea" package does NOT include "fresh squeezed juices", Starbucks, cappuccino, or higher-end liquor, wines or champagne. I believe an Old Fashion on the menu that is included. The Premium PLUS beverage package has no (or very few) limitations on the list. You should be able to get fresh squeezed juices (especially from the juice bar in the buffet (usually AFT). Starbucks drinks of any size or variety on their menu! An Old Fashion (of your choice) will be available! Hopefully I addressed, correctly, your questions.
