The "Lagoon Villas" are the furthest from the tender area. This is also where most of the Silver Cove amenities are located. We had one of the smaller Ocean Villas and thoroughly enjoyed it! The two locations are certainly close enough that they are walkable, but, a cart ride can be requested, if required! We found that we could easily walk the entire island.

You won't find shore excursions outside of NCL's for Great Stirrup Cay, since it is NCL's PRIVATE island!!!

With all of the recent cut-backs (especially staff), I would not think your request would be easily (nor happily) fulfilled. It might be deemed a safety hazard to put 4 chairs on a basic Club Balcony Suite's balcony.

Did you make your current reservation while already enrolled in the Military program? And/or, did your account(s) get updated as Military prior to this cruise? I'm asking because we got nothing on our Mid-January cruise. However, I believe that our accounts only recently had the "Military" designation show-up (which could explain "the miss" in January). Currently we find that the Cruise consultants (NCL phones) are unfamiliar with the program.

On our most recent cruise (January), we never met our room steward. We saw him daily, and he was efficient (as far as we could tell), but he was busy all day long! I would not ask for towel animals under the circumstances we encountered.

Unfortunately, NCL no longer allows using dining certificates at any restaurant more than twice.

There are some games to play, there are a Taco stand and a Food Truck, in addition to the food pavilion. Snorkeling is decent, when conditions are right. Easy beach day, with some natural shade from palm trees available.
