  1. I would not count on finding a microwave there. Perhaps, use a cup of hot water (like one can get for hot tea) to wet a cloth.
  2. DH and I recently completed our Check-In and we both had the an early time slot. Today, I updated my "Payment Method" information (new expiration date) and ended up with a time slot 2 hours later. Since our information (bar codes) are on the same printed sheet, we are going together at the earlier time.
  3. https://www.ncl.com/travel-requirements-by-country Scroll down this ^ page for the countries that DO have restrictions/requirements!
  4. Did you try this? https://www.ncl.com/onboard-packages/arcade-package (We've never tried it, so this link is basically all I know about it.)
  5. Excursion must be cancelled by 48 hours prior to the Excursion Date! My guess (truly a guess) is that many things are similar to the excursions rule (Thankfully, I've never had to cancel anything last minute!)
  6. Those with status get 26 day pre-cruise bookings, general population are at 21 days! LoL = me thinking you are enjoying your drink package a bit!
  7. If you have not already found the information: Pre-Cruise Concierge phone # 1-855-625-4283. Email: NorwegianConciergeDesk@ncl.com. We find the pre-concierge pretty useless. They offer you a selection of pillows and coffee (regular or decaf). We find it much more useful to meet and build a rapport with our room steward and butler. You will I’ll get a snail mail letter and luggage rages with the following phone and email 50 days prior to cruise. We were not in an Owner's Suite (Dec 2022), however, Breakfast and Lunch for our suite were in Cagney's.
  8. Using points can be done Pre and/or Post cruise. We occasionally take Statement Credits on our BoA cards to "cash-in" points balances, after cruises. We have also used points to get OBC pre-cruise. I recently sent points from my BoA account to DH's account to roundup his balance (my card gets used far less frequently than his), but we have it as a back-up.
  9. Unfortunately, NCL is a bit vague about specifics (might be having supply issues). If you want more "bottled water" options, you would need to pay for either the Premium Plus beverage pkg, or, the Free At Sea UP package (with additional other perks).
  10. I do not recall seeing AHA flavored sparkling waters available. You may ask for soda water and a lime, lemon, orange (or possibly other fruit).
  11. Yes you have $150 combined if you set-up your account onboard accordingly. We just make sure our accounts have the same credit card listed for both of us. We've never had a problem with one of us owing and the other losing OBC.
  12. Take a look at post # 2 by @BirdTravels. I think that info might help you.
  13. If "Refundable OBC" remains on the account at the end of your cruise, they ask that you "cash out" at the Service Desk before you disembark.
  14. This suggestion might not be an ideal solution If you run into trouble getting dry towels in the room, but here goes... You could use the beach towels in the room, and then have your teens go exchange them near the pools. Fresh, dry towels in a pinch?!
  15. Platinum and higher status get their bag of laundry FREE.
  16. You did not state the number of days, room category, nor, if you have pre-paid DSC. Possibly the answer lies within those categories.
  17. There is nothing to make it stick. We usually just fold the end over (sometimes we use tape to secure).
  18. Hopefully you have a wonderful birthday cruise, despite the sad loss of Na Pali Coast from your aft balcony!
