  2. Regardless of how you purchase (AmEx, Visa, Discover, etc.), if you do not spend" all of your OBC while onboard, prior to disembarkation, you will be asked to go to customer service and get a CASH refund!
  3. I found Lavender sugar (available in small pouch). I like to rim my martini glass with it for the added flavor of lavender.

  7. No! "Specialty waters" are only included in the Premium Plus drink package (or FAS UP pkg). For new to NCL customers... to further clarify the above statement, the bottles in the refrigerator in the room are NOT included in either package!

  9. Recently on the Bliss: Free at Sea meals receive 1 App, 1 soup OR 1 Salad, 1 Entre w/ 2 sides (might have upcharge), and dessert. Platinum meals receive 1 App or 1 Soup, or 1 Salad, 1 Entre w/sides, and 1 dessert.

  11. An alternate option might be IF your ship has Food Republic, you could use two vouchers to share four selections each between the three of you. Where you can find Food Republic: Norwegian Bliss, Norwegian Escape, Norwegian Joy, Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva
  12. Agreeing with @julig22, as that gives each of the three of you twice. You and he can then go to two more specialty restaurants. However, if you have "mom" along, you would either need to pay ala carte for her, or, purchase a two-meal dining package for her.   13. I was told to use the "App" on a previous cruise, however, I don't use my phone onboard. We had the PP+ drink package recently, and Starbucks is included. Therefore, I can not say if your card will usable.
  14. Earl Gray is usually available in the buffet. Lemon tea is often available. However, Ginger tea generally is not (or perhaps it just disappears very quickly). You may order Starbucks coffee and pay extra. OR, If you have the Premium Plus drink package, Starbucks is included. Alternately you can pre-purchase a STARBUCKS drink package or order using a Starbucks APP pre-loaded to your phone.
  15. Unfortunately, you have left yourselves in the position of no negotiating because you did nothing to remedy the situation prior to your Final Payment date. I hope that you will have a wonderful cruise, despite the huge disappointments.

  18. In most restaurants (MDR and Specialty) you can order specialty coffees that would be billed to your onboard account. If you have OBC, that's great, it should be applied toward your expenses onboard!

  20. Booking shows has different availability dates based on "status" &/or Haven Suites at 25 days, all others at 21 days.
  21. DH used Power Point to fill-in our information, resized the labels, and then prints multiple copies all on one sheet. He uses the same template every time we cruise NCL ...if we don't receive preprinted tags.
  22. Entirely too great a chance of breakage! Have you ever watched the luggage being loaded and/or off-loaded?
