What is the household rule?
If two qualified players in the same household each receive a certificate from this or any other Norwegian offer, event or promotion, they may not be redeemed for the same itinerary and back to back cruises. Alternatively, certificates for the same event may be combined for one stateroom category upgrade to a maximum of a Club Balcony.
I have no actual knowledge!!!
But, possibly this info might help you: (Terminal E is listed for ships in transit)

I'm short, so I get overlooked (literally) often!
I do, however, tend to wear bright clothing, a big smile, and have my key card visibly raised in my hand with a dollar, or more (barely showing)!
Your results may vary. If you are in The Haven or a Suite, you most likely will get printed luggage tags. BUT, there have been anomalies and some people never received printed tags.
Should that be the case, you have several choices: A) print your tags, or B) have the baggage handlers at the port place their tags on. BUT, BE CERTAIN that you, or they, put the correct room number on the tags!
If you pack the wine in your checked luggage, you will most likely be asked to visit the "naughty room" to retrieve your luggage. Therefore, it "might" be best if you can do "carry-on." We use a well padded carrier for our bottles and have only needed to stop at a desk before entering the terminal to have our drink package verified. Enjoy your cruise!
This method works for some people.
However, most vendors have a liability waiver sheet that needs information from each participant.
I sure would hate to have anything happen that could create unintended and/or unwanted situations, or unexpected additional costs.
Your check-in time might not be as valuable as your "status."
Even if you have the earliest check-in time, Suites and Haven, Casino at Sea, Latitudes upper status groups, and Handicap, might very well be able to board ahead of you. Especially, if you are not in any of those categories!
The bar is inside the restaurant, therefore, the hours will be limited to those same hours.
You might be able to just order drinks and apps, but that would depend on how busy the restaurant is at the time you go.
Perhaps a conversation with NCL directly (or an online CHAT) will get you a better answer.
Because you appear to be new to Cruise Critic, you probably should know that we are not allowed to list Travel Agency names! Regarding the photo package, I would expect less, not more (but you might get a nice surprise anyway.)
One only needs to take a look at the large jumps in number of points needed between status levels
to realize that only after PLATINUM, does your Latitudes level truly start to mean something.
Having said that, I also believe that many other factors determine how customers are perceived (valued) by NCL.
Call NCL (1.866.234.7350) to book the other restaurants that you want.
Just be aware that Pre-Cruise Reservations could (possibly) already be FULL, which will cause you to complete your other reservations on embarkation day.
