You might be right, the feel of entitlement might be raging by the time some later cruisers board. Just might not be the same kind of feeling around the ship as a usual cruise. I guess only time will tell how it goes.

Seems then you have nothing to lose right. Reserve the the restaurant and time you want on day 1 or 2 for 1 person on your cruise planner at the reduced rate, show up with 2 persons. They have the table reserved for 1 person but can easily add the second place setting to that 2 person table, since there are no 1 person tables. Use your B1G1F coupon if allowed at reduced cruise planner price , if not they cancel your original reservation for 1 person and charge you for 1 onboard price, other dinner is free. This way I'm assured getting the time and restaurant we want. Why feel the need to rush and go there on boarding day. Correct?

Miss the Vincentown Diner ALOT ! Just checked and the same house we stayed at on 23rd Street in Ship Bottom is still there right next to The Sand Trap miniature golf course. I guess I got my green thumb from my Father. When I was little my Father had large garden. We had a road stand and sold vegetables out in front of our house. My brother and I even used to carry vegetables in a wagon and go up and down the street in our neighborhood selling vegetables out of the wagon. He always said the garden besides fresh produce for us was to pay for the gasoline to mow the yard. But it also was to afford a 7 day rental at LBI at the Jersey Shore for many years.. Not choosing the random times, that is all that seems to be available on our sailing on the cruise planner, rather have 7pm for all nights, but mostly all those times are booked so only available times are are all over the place after 8:15pm So far not liking the MTD option, wanted early but it's only wait listed at this time.

I thought with MTD, booking ahead on the cruise planner, your times may be over an hour different on each night reserved, how can you have the same table and same waiter when MTD is set up like that? Not possible is it?

Planted my garden about 10 days ago, planted zuchinni from seed and they are all ready up and doing fine. Planted Tomatoes and Peppers and Eggplant, they were all doing find except yesterday I noticed something making spots on the tomato plants, so I quick got out the spray and spayed them. Hope I got it it time whatever it is? We have had a lot of rain since the planting so haven't had the need to water anything so far. Corn seeds came in a few days ago and so far don't see anything coming up so far in the two 45 ft rows. Planted some flowers from seed also along with 2 different kinds of sun flowers which are all ready up too. Mowing yard twice a week right now, it's growing like crazy with all this rain we have been having in Southwest Virginia. Lows have only been in the high 40's, low 50's so I think our frost threats have ended. 🙂

I sure hope that aren't driving the ship in a bridge that is on the aft section of your ship. Could be very hard to drive and dock the ship from there since all the mechanical controls are in the bridge at the front of the ship.
