Right there with you, been through enough of them on land, I know the ship can see them and avoid them, but still would rather not have my cruise disrupted by one.

My 2 cents to new princess cruisers is if you are a US, Canadian or British veteran, be sure to look at the bottom of princesses website for military benefits. They give full details on how to claim them.
I for the life of me can not remember any bars that serve food, but they do have the drink menus there. You can usually see the evening MDR's menus after lunch just outside the entrance doors to each dinning room each day.
If using the app, under personal information, scroll down to cruise personalizer, it will have you log into your account. You will find it under beverage packages. Can also be done from the website, under manage your account, under onboard services where you'd order the drink packages.
It may be the time in which you booked the cruise. A few months back I received an email from Princess stating that you could no longer have the SHOBC and MOBC together anymore, you would only get one or the other. There must have been a real big stink raised because they have decided to let us have both again, but changed the MOBC to nonrefundable. If you still show it as refundable I wish you the best of luck that they don't catch it or change it on you. We just booked a cruise for 2025 on 10/23/23 and it shows MOBC as nonrefundable.
At one point when they did all this stupid changes they was not allowing the vet to also have the SHOBC, at this point I think they have wised up a little I just sent in my SHOBC for my 2025 cruise and they posted it along with my MOBC, both in my name.
They have to look to to see if you are in there....Last cruise we went on our cabin steward walked into our cabin after only one knock on the door with us in there. I made it clear to him I was not happy.
Sorry to hear that, everytime I contacted her she's had someone to respond to me no later than 48 hours. I have always got phone calls from Princess ID, with the exception of the CVP she assigned me. Maybe check your spam email as well?
