question for you. do you have a balcony cabin with the bed by the bathroom. If so.... do you think it is possible to bring a scooter into the cabin and still get into the bathroom? I ask because we are joining you next week and recently decided to rent a scooter for DH who has knee problems. This will be the first time we have tried a scooter... If we had anticipated this I would have looked for a cabin with the bed by the window.. Thanks...

Thanks so much John. Yes, this is a big help. I will show her them at the hotel. We have a 2D, so I am hoping the room is similar to yours. Looks perfectly fine to me. I will let Mom decide which closet she wants and I will take the other one. She is going to have to share some drawers with me though. Glad you found Laura's pin. See you soon!!

I would decide for yourself. For the first show in the theater, go there 30 minutes early, scope out the suite seating, and decide if that's OK or you would rather sit elsewhere. Sometimes we like to be closer that the suite seating, sometimes the suite seating is fine.

Will do. Thanks!

Really. I don’t see them anymore. Did it quote them?

Here’s an idea...you don’t have to “quote” anything and simply reply. For example, your comment about the rooms really didn’t need to include the photos of the bathroom again. Everyone will have understood.

Look like the machines they had in the Diamond lounge and Concierge Lounge on Brilliance last week. They worked for three or four days, and then for days 5-16, they were out of service. They seem out of service a lot more than they are working.

They get a lot of use. Got coffee in DL this morning, it's closer to our cabin. Empty at 7:30 am

I have found on Oasis and Allure when the coffee machines were out of service, the problem was that no one was emptying the waste coffee grounds. Two or three days into the cruise and it was full and coffee machine OOS. Asked the Concierge about it, he emptied the waste grounds, and the machine was back in service.
Should be a notice on menu to empty grounds. Staff should do it. Pax sometimes break it trying to do it themselves. Laura is pretty good at it.

We have sofa by bathroom. Scooter would fit in ours, not sure about the other way. Door seems wide, but I dont have a tape measure

Hi John! Perhaps you can get a little inside information and find out which 2 nights will be our Formal Nights for *Part Two* of your Tale of Two Cruises!?!
Hi Tina, I'll see, but everyone seems very close lipped about next week

Back to day 2. I'll try and get caught up before dinner.

CK breakfast menu is the same on all the Oasis ships we've been on. I love the poached eggs and farro. Ask for fresh squeezed OJ

SL has a very nice spread of breakfast food.3caf47cc895b3b97beca0675afcb255d.jpg8dfee3036532ebc6ce69dc91db117d27.jpg9e30cff0df1c9b8802ed330104d92e6e.jpg6a9c91b04f83b3b9e7667950ba66db54.jpg5ce08be38ca3b9bc57fcaea5bf55c955.jpg7f2561be5676a63d1bcb3d48bd70c7ef.jpg

John,

We are enjoying your photos and (hopefully OK by you) we are copying them.

I gave a pre-paid Harmony Grand Suite (Spring Break 2019) to our son for his birthday. The granddaughters will not find out until Christmas and we will use your photos to get them excited  about going.

Continue to enjoy your cruise. Excellent thread.

We'll be on Harmony for Spring Break 2019 as well. We had intended to keep it a secret from our daughters until Harmony showed up on a Hallmark movie one afternoon while flipping channels. Our eight year old was so excited about the ship that we couldn't not tell them. Wish I had video of her expression when I pulled up the reservation to show her.

I love the Oatmeal in the CK. Gets my morning started off right.

For Biker, I’m pretty sure this post didn’t quote the pictures. (This was a test).
