How do you carry your Seapass?

A few years ago I did a 60KM 2 day charity walk and pretty much everyone wore a fanny pack. Have to be honest, before that I didn't know they even sold them any more. But they are great for long walks & bike rides. No shoulder pain from bags or backpacks.

I use a (vintage) CD player case from Case Logic. Pretty similar to the one pictured here, except a bit darker a blue:

Comes with a detachable waist strap and also a sewn in belt loop.

They're trying to rebrand themselves as waist bags, but we all know what they are. I'm fine with it. Life is a lot simpler when you only have to worry about what you think and not what everyone else thinks :)

If you are going to wear a lanyard don't purchase the ones with the plastic pocket. On our last cruise on Ovation of the Seas we had bad weather, my husband was doing his morning walk, a gust of wind blew the lanyard into the air and the Sea Pass slipped out and sailed into the ocean. Best ones have the small cord plus the clip. We also had the new watch type sea passes which Royal Caribbean have rolled out. Not impressed, they did not always register and most of the time we had to produce our card.

We use lanyards and attach a travel size hand sanitizer so it’s easy to grab when we eat! Plus it adds so weight and it doesn’t blow around as much. We love wearing them!!

As for the fanny packs- they are SO CONVENIENT!!! They need a comeback! I’ve got a couple and I think it’s the opposite- my mom gets embarrassed when I wear it haha!

Isn't that the truth! I haven't used a fanny pack since the early 90's, but if it works - use it. I've seen a lot worse things than fanny packs out there.

I use/ used a clip that came off a purse I purchased years ago...

loved that parrot Key ring clip....:hearteyes::hearteyes:

It had a round key ring with a Great Green Parrot / perfect for cruising...

then it had a metal hook clip that fit perfectly on my short pant loop, purse, bathing suit strap, beach bag..

unfortunately my parrot died after the last cruise/ broke.....

now I don't know what I'm going to use this cruise....

I better figure it out soon...

;)
