Hi, well, I am sailing out of there in May and live in Florida:);) and 2 others

on our roll call are also from FL:D...so I am guessing its a mix.

Just like when those folks from the NE fly south to sail from FLL/Miami.

I've sailed out of Bayonne many times, and I'd say that it's about 50% NJ/NY/PA, the balance a good mix from everywhere.

On our last cruise out of Bayonne in Oct. on RCCL's Explorer there were many Canadians and Europeans on board.

2 cruises out of Bayonne for us and we thought there were many many passengers from NY and NJ. On our cruises they outnumbered most other states by quite a bit. Just our experience. Nice folks and very friendly.

Thanks for the positive response---something in the original posters question that makes me feel they are leery about folks from NY-NJ or else why would they even ask.

 

Perhaps they've been watching too much Jersey Shore or the Sopranos.:D

Our roll call for Labor Day has a great mix of pax--join us!!!!

Have sailed Constellation out of Bayonne four times - twice R/T Canada and New England, once R/T Caribbean, once to Bermuda/Caribbean ending up in Miami. Each time, I'd say at least half the pax were from the NY/NJ/PA/Conn area, about a quarter were from other parts of the US, and the remainder were from Canada, the UK, Germany and elsewhere.

I am from Western Canada, sailing 14 days on Sept. 26. I believe that is the best Canada / New England Itinerary available anywhere, so I think the pax mix will be from all over.

Sailed on Oct 16 met many very nice people. Just a sampling Ct, Fl, NC, CO, Pa, Ca,MS,, IL, AZ, WI, NY, NJ along with Canada and British Isles.

I've sailed from Bayonne a few times. I would estimate that 70% of the passengers were from either NY or NJ.
