Wander58 Posted January 10 #1508 Share Posted January 10 We just got off the Enchanted Princess 2 days ago. Smoking WAS allowed in the Casino...and of course it spilled out into the Piazza and was horrible! I thought smoking indoors was banned...I was wrong. Also, we could smell someone smoking pot on the balcony. UGH! 1

RC also did that when they first started up. Too bad RC and Princess didn't follow thru with the no smoking. I blame the cruise lines and not the smokers.

Maybe Princess will take a step forward and eliminate all indoor smoking sometime soon. I hear they’ve gotten rid of Churchills on a number of ships.

I think the pot smoking off some balcony near us was probably worse...but we could only smell it not, see where it was coming from.

Just sailed Australia/New Zealand. No indoor smoking anywhere. Period. Doesn't seem to be a problem with bookings in that area so I don't see why it would be a problem to extend this policy to all Princess cruises. Makes zero sense. I wonder if JP or some other Princess bigwig smokes...

Directly under the kids area. 🙄 There was also smoking at the forward topside bar. That's a normal place for smoking on Princess ships. Currently $28 AUD is equivalent to about $18.80 USD.
