Good Evening...

 

Tonight's been a fun night aboard the Brilliance of the Seas. After passing under the Skyway Bridge I made my way to the Windjammer where in indulged myself in some great prime rib, smashed potatoes, corn, salad and ending with a piece of carrot cake.

 

Tonight's Windjammer special. No blue light required.

 

 

 

After filling my leg I wandered around the ship some. You have the ability to play some nice pool on these self leveling pool tables.

 

 

 

 

Some folks were enjoying some dancing in the centrum such as these folks.

 

 

 

This guy here I guess didn't care much for the music or he had one to many beers...the jury is still out on this one...stay tuned, will see if he's passed out in other places throughout the cruise...

 

 

After my wander I headed back to my cabin and feel asleep until about 10:00. After waking I realized I was hungry so made my way to Park Cafe on Deck 11 in the Solarium.

 

 

After my snack I made my way to deck 13 Starquest to check out the Welcome Aboard party. Started out kind of quiet but people slowly came in.

The bar moves in a circular motion which is cool. After a pint or two I made my way back to my cabin to close out the day.

 

 

Andy managed to get himself into some trouble but luckily tonight's shenanigans didn't involve security. He seems to have found things that cater more to his size and some new friends.

 

 

 

I'm about to call it a day and enjoy a beautiful day at sea on Friday. Sea days are my favorite, especially ones at the start of the cruise. Tomorrow I plan to do a whole lot of nothing, perhaps this cruise I'll get some reading in. We shall see, I say that every time.

 

I'd have more pictures but the wifi is slowwwwwwwww. It's been almost an hour trying up upload 6 pictures and I'm frustrated so I'm going to bed. :-)

KOOL day Dale...I miss the Brilliance...love the disco and the Centrum...we did some TA 's on this ship so enjoyed lots of days at sea...tell me if Rusti is still at the Champagne Bar...it's been a while so he won't remember me by name...I forgot what name I used with him...ha ha...Carol

Good Morning, Welcome to Day Two Live from the Brilliance of the Seas...

 

 

Internet is still slow and its not allowing any photos to upload. 9 minutes trying to upload one photo for it to then fail. In beginning to believe this is a partial photo bucket issue. This seems very similar to when I was on Allure. When I go to regular web pages they don't seem to take awhile to upload like the picture issue.

 

I've been trying since 910 to upload photos.

Thanks for this review. I enjoyed following along with you & Chris on the Allure last month. The sunset pictures were beautiful.

All the clocks on the ship say 5 O Clock. It's always 5 O clock on the Brilliance. It's become a joke now in the stairwells. Am sure they will fix the clocks at some point. :-) My pictures upload fairly well to another site, but not with photo bucket and the on ap. The other site that they upload fairly well I'm unable to post it so photo will show here in thread. Know there is a way to do it though from a regular computer from that site..
