ken_nyc Posted March 29, 2016 #1976 Share Posted March 29, 2016 Like I said, "No Rhyme or Reason". I have not made my final payment, and was able to select my boarding time for November. I have been on the phone for an hour so far with the third person now to try and get to select my boarding and departure times.....talk about frustrating! Now waiting for the resolutions department. I was told if it is not available then I just show up and I will get on the ship, I told him this was unacceptable, don't want to get to the port at 11:00 am and have to wait until 1:00 pm until after everyone who had select their times get on first (this is what I was told what they do). If I cannot get help from the resolutions department I do not know who else to talk to. I want to be able to have the same options as everyone else, not being able to do so is unacceptable! OfTheSeasCruiser Posted March 29, 2016 #1977 Share Posted March 29, 2016 I'm not a fan of this artist and don't care for this sculpture, but, when you consider some of Cerny's others works, I guess it could be worse. While I wonder if this morphing sculpture will have any adverse affect on drunks or those prone to motion sickness ;), I have to give Royal credit for the innovation of some of the art they put on their cruise ships. It's always interesting to explore the ship and discover the pieces onboard. Thanks for sharing. ~ Judy Well I just made the mistake of googling the artist's work...
sports4fun Posted March 29, 2016 #1978 Share Posted March 29, 2016 Where during the check-in does it allow you to select boarding time? I do not see that selection anywhere. I am on June 12th sailing, and I have done everything but print my SetSail Pass. I also am on the June 12th sailing. We do not have any minors and there isn't any place on the set sail pass to select a boarding time. We are in a suite, thought that may be why but not so sure since so many others do not have a time either.

ken_nyc Posted March 29, 2016 #1981 Share Posted March 29, 2016 They are saying it's because we have Air2Sea, that the site thinks we are flying in the same day and there is no way to add it. Does anyone else have Air2Sea and were able to select their boarding and departure times?

Does anyone else have Air2Sea and were able to select their boarding and departure times? Interesting. We booked with Air2Sea, but are flying into Paris a week before the cruise starts. I will be curious to see if anyone has Air2Sea and able to select boarding time.

I guess that doesn't matter, after all when the Oasis and Allure came out they used a former porn star to promote their new ships. Yes I know that everyone can turn their life around, and I am glad for her, but I kept asking myself "What is RCCL thinking?:confused:

moqui_girl Posted March 29, 2016 #1997 Share Posted March 29, 2016 Ok then I guess there is no rhyme or reason to it, because a previous poster said the boarding time selection was not there for there online checkin. It was for yours, and was for ours. What time were you able to choose? Earliest I could select was 12-12.30 so I chose that.
