I ditched my landline about a month ago. Last week, I faxed in my sister's shareholder request for a September cruise (I'm not going.) I used iFax on my Mac. Very easy to do. Cost me $.99 for five pages. Not free but jeezzz, nothing costs $.99 any more. :)

They even charge more than 99 cents for stuff at our dollar store. :)

I use Email2Fax dot com to send the shareholder benefit stuff. You can send 2 faxes per day for FREE. Only one attachment per fax is allowed, so you might need to get creative to get both the brokerage statement and specific cruise information sent (send 2 faxes or print cruise info on statement).

 

Do NOT try to send faxes to Princess using the FaxZero dot com website, it won't go through!! Apparently Princess got lots of spam from them at some point and that service's phone/fax number is now blocked by Princess.

Last two times I tried to do this using fax0, it didn't go through and I got an error code. When I asked fax0 about it, they said the error was because the recipient (Princess) must have set their system to block faxes from their number...

FINALLY saw today it got credited to our account. Its funny I faxed in almost the same form they rejected in the first place. Since this was my first time -next time I will go.

Good news, finally! It's always a "thrill" to see how long it takes them to post the credit to your account. Unfortunately, it seems that this time, you just "lost"...

I called Princess to ask about the OBC for stock ownership.

I was told that my cruise had a casino rate (never saw an offer and did"t know about it), however, asked and was told that we would still be eligible for the OBC because of our stock holding.

What I read above is that this is not true?????

We also received some OBC from using FCC.

Sure would like to have the definitive answer to this question.

Anyone have experience with this?

Who to call to get the last word and right answer?

I faxed in directly to the number this afternoon as I have a multi-function print/scan/fax. I went out to do a couple of errands and when I got back home, I logged in and voila, there it was. A nice shiny Benjamin on my booking just waiting for me to spend.:)

 

This was my first time submitting as I just purchased the shares a little over a week ago and faxed my August statement.

 

My preference would be to scan and email, however.

We have several cruses booked under the Casino Rate and we have gotten our OBC. Why did they mention the Casino rate if you were inquiring about the Shareowners OBC if you are still eligible for the OBC with that rate. I can see why you are confused.

We booked 6 cruises with the latest casino rate. We got veterans, TA, shareholders, etc. on ALL of them. Plus one of the is the 3 for free and we got all the goodies from that, too.

Has anyone tried using a trade confirmation, showing purchase of 100 shares of CCL? It's not listed on the form, but curious. I purchased yesterday, but won't have a statement until the end of this month.

Trade confirmation should work.
