No more cash from Casino Teller

And we can no longer break bills on Anthem in their money dispensing machine next to the cashier, machine now redeems tickets only.

 

I wonder if all ships have changed to this. Back to the cashier, then. :(

Sorry for the thread bump. Has anyone had experience with the American Express Platinum onboard credits? The T&C says they're not valid for "casino charges" but it doesn't say that they can't be transferred to cash/vouchers.

 

I don't have experience with those OBC but I have seen in my cruise ticket book in the past wording that the OBC can't be used in the casion but we have never had a problem using it there.

I had $250 non refundable credit on Majesty in November. I went to the table, sat down, and requested $200 in chips using my seapass. No questions, no issues. They came back with $200 in chips, I played a hand or two, got up and went to the casino teller to cash out. I had no problems at all.

Did your account get charged $200 or $210 (200+5%)?
