I can't seem to find that on the Celebrity site. Can you provide a link? All I can find is this on the description of the Reflection Suite, the highest on Celebrity's ships:

Beginning January 2016:

Welcome bottle of Blanc de Blancs sparkling wine

Bottled water on Embarkation Day

Daily Delectables rotation of savory and sweet snacks

This is not the same as what you posted.

Maybe they changed it? Or perhaps it is the Celebrity site again?

The snacks and the bathroom amenities on the Eclipse now appear to be close to what was available on the Silhouette in November, so I would say they have not changed yet.

They are providing unlimited bottled water in the suites.

Can you confirm umlimited water is in Celebrity Suites and Sky Suites?

Which stateroom categories receive complimentary daily stocked mini bar of beer, soda, and water?

Royal Suites, Penthouse Suites, and Reflection Suites receive this benefit. It is not applicable for other categories.

Royal Suites, Penthouse Suites, and Reflection Suites have multiple complimentary benefits- including complimentary premium beverage package, unlimited complimentary specialty dining, unlimited internet access, and complimentary mini-bar stocked with beer, soda, and water daily.

If it is 'Premium' water or not??

bon voyage

Well, as you can see from my email, what is in writing and what really happens are two totally different things most of the time. Above poster generalized suites, which sounded to me like all suites, so I will let them answer and clarify as they might have been in a CS or SS and actually got in room unlimited water.

I actually accept your posit, then again with the possible 'limited' number of eligible suite passengers responding here, how many different ways or times can this be asked?

Apparently no one has yet to post an actual experience, as of yet. Thus, I stand corrected as to fully understanding YOUR point.

bon voyage ... avec ou sans eau rempli tous les jours ....

Currently on Millennium in a CS. There are no premium toiletries, no daily water. Towels are poor quality, in fact today one of ours has a hole in it! On the plus side, Michael's is open all day and serves alcohol all day.

Can't comment about the delectable delights as this is our first time on Celebrity so have nothing to compare. We get canapes, cookies, tea and coffee at about 4 pm. There is fresh fruit daily in the room.

Luminae has been excellent.

We just got off the Eclipse after a five day cruise in an S1 suite. We had access to Luminae, Michael's Club and received one complimentary meal in a specialty restaurant. We got water every day, flowers and sparkling Celebrity wine upon boarding, and slippers. We did not receive premium branded toiletries, only what seemed to be larger versions of what we received the previous two weeks in Aqua class. At four each day the butler arrived with tea, open faced sandwiches, cookies, and a selection of those tasteless buffet desserts.

We were offered an escort to the theater and priority tender boarding, neither of which was used.

Thank you for posting this.

I'm sailing on Millennium this coming Sunday in an SS - first time on Celebrity. It's disappointing to hear that Bulgari toiletries have not, so far, been supplied as it was stated that they would be from Jan 1 2016. Celebrity is quick to withdraw perks in a timely fashion (eg no more complimentary speciality dining for bookings made from Jan 1 2016! - I bet that's been implemented!) but slow to introduce promised amenities.

Also, what's "Modern Luxury" about poor quality towels? If Celebrity truly is 5 star, surely the least you can expect is decent towels

My expectations for this upcoming cruise are being lowered more and more which is a shame as I was anticipating an amazing cruise experience. One consistent theme, though, is that Luminae is continuing to get terrific reviews which is something I'm really looking forward to experiencing.

If you do not get the premium toiletries ask...most likely room staff have just been asked to use up the others first.

We really didn't like the old style snacks and always asked the butler for alternatives.....and shall do again. The staff always want to please us (and their managers) but in my suite experience the minute they know you are not happy about something they really will do the best to accommodate you.

Much better to express dissatisfaction on board and allow X to put it right than allow small things collectively to impact on your overall holiday experience!

Michael's Club on the M class ships is really nice too, I am sure you will have a great cruise!

I asked for Bulgari and they did 'find' me a couple of bottles!! Despite the shortcomings we are having a really good time. The staff are very good and we have met some great fellow passengers. Michael's club is very quiet - maybe most people have drinks packages so can drink anywhere!

We will definitely try Celebrity again - if they do an itinerary that suits us.

Quick question are the drinks in Michaels Club included in part of the beverage packages? We will be in a celebrity suite next year. We do not get a beverage package included with the cruise and as this will only be our own 3rd cruise so am not really sure what Michaels Club actually is And other than it only been for suite class what the benefit is.

Any help would be appreciated [emoji3]

Once again, Celebrity has released grand promises for its Suite Class, and once again they have not followed through. I'm so over the whole marketing blitz. It seems like they come up with awesome ideas and PR throws out a press release. But where are the people who are supposed to be making this happen?

Why did they announce a start date of Jan 1 when their new toiletries were not available? Why did they put a shiny new name (Ooh, "Daily Delectables"!) on their afternoon snacks if they do not even exist? Celebrity press releases have been a bunch of BS lately IMO. I'm wondering why nobody at Celebrity seems to be in charge of follow-through. It may just be me, but I'd have been mortified if Jan 1 rolled around and I hadn't delivered on announced programs.

You are in for a treat! We have been on three cruises with Michael's Club now and loved it.

It is open all day and until well past 11 at night. Drinks are complementary and at present you can ask for almost anything. I have added the 'at present' as a Michael's Club menu has recently been printed, so many people do wonder if the range of drinks will reduce. Either way you will have a good selection.

In addition to drinks they do have some light breakfast offerings and little tasty snacks during the day. They will also serve speciality coffees. We do receive premium drinks packages but still tend to prefer Michael's pre and post dinner for its comfort, service and ambiance. Some evenings there is also some entertainment and one afternoon they will provide a very nice 'afternoon tea' event.

The conceirge can book your excursions and deal with any on board issues and your butler will sort out your dining bookings, serve you any in suite meals and generally spoil you! He will arrive about 4pm each day with an afternoon tea trolley just in case you cannot survive until your evening meal.

Even though you are not 'Elite' status (loyalty level) you will probably receive a sheet of coupons with some drink discounts, wifi discount and laundry options.

You will also have access to Luminae suite restaurant , priority boarding and disembarkation......we love the very sweet suite life!

Have a wonderful cruise!

Thank you for this information, it's great to read, we have done concierge class for our last 2 cruises but the next 4 we have booked are all in suites.

Really appreciate the sentiments, thank you. I agree about sorting things out onboard. My experience with another cruise line has always been that the crew will do what they can to address issues and make you happy - especially if you approach them in a friendly manner!

I don't usually stress about provided toiletries as I've always brought my own. When I read that Bulgari would be available by the time of this trip, I figured it would be less to pack, which is the only reason why I have a (small) issue with it.

I'm outside of my price comfort zone on this cruise and am determined not to let little things spoil my enjoyment. I've just got to concentrate on the positives posted on CC and focus on the things I'm looking forward to, such as Luminae, Blu, dining in-suite (a new experience!), Olympic and, hopefully, the reported great food and service. :)
