What suite benefits are gone these days?

Question for anybody that travels in suites and has a better memory than me. Years ago, it seemed like we got a lot more suite benefits than we have today. Not only big things (like invitations to sit at the captains table), but just little perks (like fresh fruit etc.) We travel on Royal and Celebrity often, so I think sometimes when I'm expecting a perk and getting nothing, I may be confusing it with Celebrity. Or sometimes confusing it with diamond plus perks. Any useful input would be greatly appreciated.

This depends on which suite you're booking. Starting in May, RCL is introducing a new suite class program that at the high end is pretty nice.

For example, in the Star class, benefits include:

Ultimate Beverage Package

Complimentary Specialty Restaurants

All Day Access to Coastal Kitchen

Special In-Suite Dining

Suite Lounge

In-Suite Hand Crafted Cocktail Service

Complimentary Minibar

Specialty Bottled Water

Nespresso® Coffee Maker Service

Complimentary VOOM Internet, Fastest Internet at Sea

Complimentary Fitness Class

Complimentary Spa Thermal Room Access

Exclusive Access to Signature Activities

Daily Gratuities Included

Complimentary In-Suite Movies

Luxury Bathroom Amenities by L’Occitane®

Duxiana® Mattress

Frette Linens, Towels and Bathrobes

In-Suite Welcome Amenity

Royal Genie Service

Customized Welcome Gift

Food & Beverage Requests

In-Suite Dining Requests

Complimentary Laundry & Pressing Services

Escort Guests On and Off Ship

Priority Reservations

Priority Theater Seats

Access to Suite Sun Deck

Access to Exclusive Suite Beach on Private Islands

Priority Boarding & Departure

Handle Special Requests

Some of the big things there that stand out to me that are new/different include the Unlimited Beverage package, free internet, daily gratuity included, butler, and specialty dining included. That can represent a few thousand in savings if you use each of those items.

No more slippers, chocolates. They have also cut down on the daily deliveries.on the positive side, some ships the concierge will walk you off the ship all the way through customs.

Sometimes. On Navigator that was the case. Both times I've been on the Liberty the concierge has just walked us to the gangway.

Also, I am aware of the new suite perks on Oasis and Quantum class, but while they seem to be increasing, I feel that on other ships the perks are declining. But like I said, maybe I'm expecting something that was actually done on Celebrity.

These are only available on certain classes of ships for right now. I believe Oasis and Quantum class.

I want to see how the in suite hand crafted cocktail perk works!
