Going on my first cruise in may. Shorter, on regent 7 seas navigator, so no formal night. Would nice Capri pants be OK in main areas?

I love flip flops and pretty much live in them during the summer. I have them in all colors and some that are all rubber are quite cute and rather expensive considering the material they're made from - like $60 +. I wear the nicer ones to dinner at home, but don't on a ship because the I think the slap slap noise they make can be annoying to others in a large dining room.

 

And I always keep my feet clean - can't stand the feel of dirt on them.
