Huh, another one, soon be a world record for bon voyages, anyways have a decent one mate.

Thanks, and yep being greedy. Only because Miss Gut said "If I wasn't building a house I'd come too". Well what's a daddy to do when his little girl says that?

QM2 was lovely. Very elegant. Service impeccable. Mature guests and interesting activities. Only a 3 nighter this time and obviously part of a world cruise so perhaps hard to judge but once again I felt that there is something a little lacking. Itinerary great - Melbourne to Sydney with close to land cruising around Wilson's Prom and Ben Boyd NP. We were in QG - a Q5 suite - very comfortable but did not find the same friendliness as we do in a Celebrity higher level suite. Butler, Maitre d', concierge - yes, professional, but no warmth. Officers not seen, very limited suite enhancements. QM2 is beautiful but I think Celebrity treats it suite guests better - we all like to feel "special" sometimes. Perhaps you simply need a longer trip to really feel the Cunard difference.

Samplers or short cruises have their merits but I don't think a short cruise on the QM2 is really enough time to take in all the ship has to offer and experience the difference of a Cunard cruise compared to other cruise lines.
