Cruiseboy in Hawaii ~ Live from Radiance of the Seas (5/5/17)

Recommended Posts

There are so many amazing spots on Oahu, you should get out of Waikiki for the day. Head to the north shore and go to turtle beach. Finding parking can be a beast but if you manage to go early and spend some time it will blow away any shore excursion you can possibly think of paying for. The turtles are the size of boulders, they hangout on the beach and swim right along the shore. They are very friendly and inquisitive and may want to get close to you in the water (but please don't touch them!)

Or if you want some real local feeling head to Waianae, some of the beaches and secenery there are the best the island has to offer and are never crowded with tourists.

Love your photos, you've been busy for less than 24 hours on the islands. It looks as though you were at Leonard's quite early -- jet lag got you? 6 hours is a lot to absorb, hopefully the malasadas helped!

I hope your tour was a good one! :)

Turtle beach, so awesome! We went snorkeling there over by the rocks, had a turtle decide to swim with us! You don't need to snorkel though as they are literally right in the water and on the beach. Love Hawaii!

Cruiseboy, you are making me jealous! Haha!

Have a great day!

Fantastic review, bringing back memories of our Hawaii cruise on millennium about 4 years ago.

We are on Radiance later this year, first time, so looking forward to ship details.

Marylou tour, brilliant!

Thanks Cruiseboy305

Love the shirt -- when will it make its debut? Luau?

Tomorrow night, Luau. Then perhaps boarding day. Maybe a formal night.

I saw another one I really liked but no time to stand in line and purchase [emoji22]
