Taking drinks on board other than wine or spirits

OP - your thread title mentions "spirits". These are not allowed on Princess. They will be kept until end of cruise if declared. If not declared and found, they will be thrown out (or consumed by crew - who knows:D). You can buy liquor from Princess on board of course for in your cabin.

You can bring on as much non-alcoholic beverage that you want. It is easiest to carry them on, but not required. If you place them in checked luggage you may be called to security to show they are not alcoholic beverages. Regarding bottled water the pre-purchase price is pretty low. Check it out in the cruise personlizer. The price is not available on board.

I had a problem on Carnival when I tried to bring Coke in bottles. They would not allow bottles, but I'm sure cans are O.K.

Carnival is the "king of booze smugglers" line. They have different rules than Princess.

Princess does not have a restriction on bottles. Different cruise lines, different passenger demographics, different rules.

I love the lemonade in the Buffet. Bring a water bottle to fill and take back to your room.

Something I have seen on the Carnival boards is making frozen lemonade (similar to Chick fil a) by mixing soft serve vanilla with buffet lemonade and stirring. I think it is usually a 50/50 ratio. Do most Princess ships have soft serve available at the buffet?
