Hi,

If I have both non-refundable and refundable OBC, which will get used first? I assume it should be non-refundable, but I can't find any documentation regarding it.

When I print out the statement onboard, would it show which OBC got deducted first?

Thanks,

April

Non-refundable OBC is used first. If two passengers in a cabin use the same credit card, then the OBC is effectively combined. If they use different credit cards, then it is not.

Your folio shows the total amount of non-refundable OBC and the amount remaining and the total amount of refundable OBC and the amount remaining.

I recommend you print a copy of your folio the first or second day of the cruise and double check that all of the OBC is recorded directly. I have had cases of missing OBC but Passenger Services has always fixed the problem. It helps that I always ask by the second day and that I always have printed copies of documentation of all of my OBC.
