Lady Hudson Posted June 7, 2018 #131 Share Posted June 7, 2018 They have to be booked within 30 days and taken within 1 year. Are we talking about a certificate free cruise? The annual free cruises have different rules. Too bad I get a different answer about the free cruises each time I call. Katherine

cruisegirl1 Posted June 7, 2018 #133 Share Posted June 7, 2018 I had an email in my spam folder. The category seemed incorrect so I called and was told the email is indeed incorrect. They sent me a letter with the new category .I hope it is cleared up in the system. M

sellwingri Posted June 7, 2018 #135 Share Posted June 7, 2018 I just called and told them that I didn’t receive my email and they’re going to resend it. Of course, it’ll take 2 - 3 days. I’m signature and confirmed that the free balcony cruise is a cruise of my choice up to 8 days, except priority times like Christmas and New Years. It’s good until 3/31/2019. The only 7 night cruise I have is NYE. I wonder if we can apply a certain dollar amount to a nine night cruise? I'm a teacher and the only times I can go are, Thanksgiving NYE or spring break and summer. My spring break is a nine night cruise. My Thanksgiving is a 5/4 B2B in a JS. Cabin 1100. Yippee My only option is if I can take it in July of this year. Since we didn't find out until now, they should have let us take the week off until yesterday's day next year. scorpluvsdolphins Posted June 7, 2018 #137 Share Posted June 7, 2018 Certificate free cruise starting at 2400 points We aren't talking about the certificates earned on the cruise, but the free one based on your tier. EllaDuChien Posted June 7, 2018 #138 Share Posted June 7, 2018 If you use the same email, I would call. This notice was in my email I received with my tier: E-MAIL INFORMATION For guests who share one email address, please call a club Royale representative at 1-888-561-2234 if you have additional questions regarding your specific tier and benefits information. Thanks...I did eventually see that, I will call and see what they say. I'm not cruising until August, but still nice to know!
ssimon Posted June 7, 2018 #139 Share Posted June 7, 2018 We called. Choice! Was told it was based on a 12 month period. If it was 18 months we would have been prime. We have also received $300, $400and $500 off on these cruises from certificates. Guess we may spend less $ in the casinos next trip!
WorkinMoM Posted June 7, 2018 #140 Share Posted June 7, 2018 I received an offer for a free cruise a few weeks ago (paying for air, taxes and fees only).. I booked the Jewel for December 29th. Today I receive and email stating I had made "prime." I was excited to there is a annual "inside cabin" free cruise for Primes. I am wondering if the cruise I booked a few weeks ago counts as the "prime free cruise"? Either way I am grateful.

CMurph Posted June 7, 2018 #142 Share Posted June 7, 2018 From what I am reading you will get another offer. They have not yet put out a listing of the free cruise you earned under the new program. Hope it comes soon, need to get all our plans straight. I was about to ask that same question, it's good to see an answer. I have not received anything via email or otherwise. I do know that I am prime because I cruised last week on the Harmony, and it was on my sea pass card. Good thing I already have more cruises planned, because my luck in the casino was terrible on that cruise...went through my gambling budget very quickly! Jzx1103 Posted June 7, 2018 #143 Share Posted June 7, 2018 (edited) I received an offer for a free cruise a few weeks ago (paying for air, taxes and fees only).. I booked the Jewel for December 29th. I am wondering if the cruise I booked a few weeks ago counts as the "prime free cruise"? Either way I am grateful. I got the email yesterday from Casino Royale stating I only made choice tier which surprised me because Casino Royale has sent me free cruise offers 3 times since last December (different offer codes), which I booked two of them. Jewel from San Juan and Adventure from Cape Liberty. I think those free offers with a list to pick from via email are separate from the annual free cruise they're talking about. I think whenever a sailing is selling slower than expected they give a few rooms to Casino Royale to offer it to members at random. Cruise for vacation Posted June 7, 2018 #145 Share Posted June 7, 2018 So I called and was told that the start date for this period is April 1, 2017 - March 31, 2018, which is different from the soft rollout not 18 months for the first period. Jzx1103 Posted June 7, 2018 #146 Share Posted June 7, 2018 So I just called Casino Royale, first off they apparently made a mistake on my email and I'm actually prime tier (and not choice like it was stated in my email). The rep said they screwed up on a bunch of emails that went out were the email stated choice tier but in their system its actually prime tier. Second thing the rep told me was that the annual free cruise that comes with it is separate from those free cruise offers that Casino Royale emails out with a list of cruises. And that the annual free cruise from the tier program can be any itinerary 8 days or shorter as long as it's not a special holiday sailing. It’s either/or. However, if you gamble a lot on your first few days of the cruise, you may be given free drinks but you’ll have to ask the Casino Host.
