So this is our cruise director and his activity manager. This was from today’s morning show which we just saw tonight. They were pimping a new facelift treatment at the spa. I guess I now know why his nickname is Bing Bong.

Tomorrow we dock in St Thomas at 8 am. We will leave the ship around 9 and head to a beach minutes from the port. Bags are packed and so is my Advil. I think my legs might need it tomorrow.

 

I might be back tonight and like CLR, I’m feeling LITT. That is, my calves are on fire.

I burned a bit of midnight oil, but they are done. I guess YouTube doesn’t like Voom that much. It was to big to post as one video so you are getting a two parter. Turn up your volume and enjoy.

Last night was a private rental but you can get organized lessons through your cruise planner. It was around $70 per person for an hour. That is how I learned was on the ship. It was money well spent, and as any rider will tell you it feeds the addiction.
