BarbinMich Posted July 20, 2018 #1 Share Posted July 20, 2018 I've been trying to access the Celebrity website all afternoon, but it appears to be down. Are others having the same problem?

GottaKnowWhen Posted July 21, 2018 #7 Share Posted July 21, 2018 I've been trying to access the Celebrity website all afternoon, but it appears to be down. Are others having the same problem? I’ve been on twice today, once as anonymous browser looking at future cruise schedules & prices, once signed in managing amenities on an upcoming cruise. No problems... DYKWIA Posted July 21, 2018 #8 Share Posted July 21, 2018 Have you got an ad blocker running? I found that Google Chrome and an Ad Blocker caused a lot of issues with Celebrity's website (and Royal Caribbean's)
dutchclogs Posted July 21, 2018 #9 Share Posted July 21, 2018 Have you got an ad blocker running? I found that Google Chrome and an Ad Blocker caused a lot of issues with Celebrity's website (and Royal Caribbean's) I have wondered if an ad blocker may account why the X rep could see details of a Celebrity pre cruise sale and I could not... upwarduk Posted July 21, 2018 #10 Share Posted July 21, 2018 I have wondered if an ad blocker may account why the X rep could see details of a Celebrity pre cruise sale and I could not... Celebrity reps can see what we can’t. I checked my Captains Club points and it showed I had no previous cruises ( I am Elite) I knew that the points had been added from our recent cruise, as I had been sent an e mail from Celebrity with the updated points. It wouldn’t allow me to add my Captains Club number on my Personal Planner so I rang Celebrity UK, who told me my points total and the date we had cruised. Later I had a phone call from Miami and the account was re set, apparently my DOB had been put in the UK format, not the US format.
