Infant car seat on shuttles Miami & St Thomas?

Does anyone know if the shuttle buses that Avis use in Port of Miami have seat belts that will fit a infant car seat?

And the same question about the taxi/shuttles/pick up trucks that go from the port to Magens Bay? I don't even remember if they had seat belts last time we went to Magens Bay (back in 2015). If not, is there normal taxis going there?

We have a similar stroller where you can fit the infant car seat. The stroller folds down to save space, with other words, it will fit even in a small car.

Sounds like I have to pick up the rental car and return to the port to pick up my family. For St Thomas a taxi will be our choice.

Thanks for your input.

We have had to do that in the past. Husband is the designated person to fetch the car while I mind the kid and baggage. In pre- everyone has a cell phone days, it was wait and watch. Now cell phones make it easier keeping track of each other and timing. :)
