Your photos are absolutely stunning! I live on the West Coast of Canada and havent been to the East Coast yet but it looks so beautiful! Also, proud of you for trying the Elk burger, you can be an honorary Canadian haha. Do you have links to your other reviews? I would love to see them.

Anthem is better suited to cold climates.  At times the cold weather on this cruise has kept everyone indoors and that has led to the WJ becoming a parking area.

The entertainment on this cruise has been oriented to an older crowd.  The pub and Schooner Bar musicians quite good but playing more older music at times.  Main theater entertainment had The Vegas Tenors one night who later let the ship and flew to Anthem.  I'd peg them as oriented to an older crowd but the reality a lot of acts move from ship to ship.  No Broadway entertainment on Adventure, that starts with Freedom class.  The Solarium on Anthem is enclosed, on Adventure it's open to the sky.  It, like the pool deck has been lightly used on this cruise.

Adventure does have an SL and while nice and newly decorated it isn't the same as Anthem's CL.  No CK on Adventure.

I sailed Adventure when she did he repo from San Juan to Bayonne.  I had a good idea what I was booking with this cruise and having those expectations in mind Adventure is not disappointing me, but it isn't Anthem.

Sisocialworker, we're on that one with you!

Great review and photos however I'm puzzled by SL , CL and CK .

SL = Suite Lounge (slowly be added as ships as are refreshed).

CL = Concierge Lounge (slowly being eliminated as ships are refreshed)

CK = Coastal Kitchen (an Oasis and Quantum class suite restaurant)

Doubt older smaller ships will ever get SL, not needed with few Suites

I agree, so far the conversions have only taken place on Voyager and Freedom class ships.

Pretty cheap and easy to make an SL sign.

I would not at all be surprised to see that on Vision or Radiance class.

Half expecting to see a temporary banner draped over the Concierge Lounge sign each time I board.

On this cruise I used a Sony RX100VI.

I shoot in RAW and process photos manually rather than relying on any camera's native JPEG mode.

This was a great cruise, one I'll always remember.  Very different than a Caribbean cruise.  I hope you enjoy your cruise as much as I did this one.
