OCruisers Posted December 18, 2018 #1 Share Posted December 18, 2018 Because I'd read quite a few negative comments on Princess Customer Service, I called to see for myself. Our long time travel agent takes care of everything for us and would done this but it was a quick question so I called Princess. (I needed to know how many, if any, FCDs we had left so I'd know what get on our upcoming cruise in January.) When I called, I was given 4 different options to press. None applied so I stayed on the phone which rang about four times before a very nice real person answered. I explained why I was calling and gave her our customer numbers. She quickly checked and said our TA had both used our last two for 20 days (10 & 10 B2B) in 2020 Sip & Sail Promo. She also ask if there was anything else I needed and to never hesitate to call with any questions.

That was the info the original poster said was needed.

Cyn874 Posted December 19, 2018 #9 Share Posted December 19, 2018 I ordered the MedallionNet unlimited internet for my upcoming cruise this April, they were having a 50% off sale on Cyber Monday. Princess called today and were apologetic and said that that package would not be available by our April sailing after all, and recommended some of the Minutes packages. (Not doing that, though.) I was disappointed, but not a huge deal, it is what it is. Then they applied a $50 OBC credit to our account for the inconvenience. I was so surprised by that! It didn't even cross my mind to expect any OBC to be given to us, I thought that was really nice!
