S3 - Luggage Valet Celebrity Fee not a suite amenity in April 2019.  When pressed on this, butler said:  "Edge is different".

Interesting since this luggage valet info was given to Marilyn on the Edge.

I received an email from Celebrity to choose wine and a few other things for my (S1aft) suite.  There was also space to write, so I added things too.  Whether or not it happens, time will tell.  At least it was a nice gesture!

Perhaps he wasn't, but I did press him on it, and he stood firm.  The letter that he handed me also did not say anything about it being a suite amenity (it was not the form that Marilyn posted).  He was one of the weakest butlers that I ever had - missed multiple days of snacks even though we weren't in, didn't bring laundry even though it was done, took our shoes to be shined without asking, and more.

Regarding the luggage valet service, we sailed on the Edge three weeks ago, and I asked about it at Guest Relations.

 

They told us the service was complimentary for only the Iconic, Villa, and Penthouse Suites.  We were in a Celebrity suite so we used the service but we did pay for it.

We've had free luggage valet on other ships when in a Royal Suite.

We just booked Apex for April 2021.  Never thought I would but seeing some of the changes Celebrity is making decided to give it a try.

I don't remember being able to get wine that is in a wine pairing at a specialty restaurant as part of the package. I would see if the sommelier could give you the same or similar wines that are covered under your package with each course. It dooesn't hurt to ask though - you never know if they might make exceptions.

This is the email Celebrity sent out for Sky Suites - recieved it three days ago for TA the end of this month.  I love it - we can order more hangers (among other things) before we even board - Thanks Celebrity😊

We got it for free in our Celebrity Suite on the Jan 20-27 cruise.  So they changed it since.

You are so lucky! I love those suites. If I win the lottery, booking one of those will be one of my first acts. 😉
