Just got off the Rhapsody.   Some, in the recent past, have been saying, food not good, staff not good, ship old and beat up, etc. NOT SO.

Ship is older yes, in great shape.  Food very good and great service.  Service was excellent throughout the ship. Shows were all entertaining

If all RCCL ships get a 10 for staff friendly, then the Rhapsody gets an 11 or 12. Did see some passengers that were not very nice to the staff, always one or two.

Could not ask for better.  I'm not sure what some people want out of a cruise,  but this one was outstanding.  All the people we talked to, and we visited with a lot,

agreed. Did not hear one request for a ten.

Off Rhapsody on 4/20/19.  Ship is fine.  Show are not over the top as to be expected on a smaller ship but excellent cruise and will surely do her again.

I was on Rhapsody last November and totally enjoyed it.  I didn't go to the entertainment but food and staff were great.

Couldn't agree more. We thought the ship and staff were great. Out of the 4 different waiters we had at dinner only one asked for a 10. We would definitely sail her again.

Glad you enjoyed your cruise. The crew were excellent on our cruise last month and some of the entertainment, but overall food was disappointing and ship shows its wear(more than we were expecting and we were expecting a lot)Had a very relaxing cruise but my wife and I will not be sailing her again. Different experiences  and different strokes for different folks.

Great news!  We board her this coming Saturday in Barcelona!! My last 2 RCCL sailings were on Harmony and Oasis, so it will be a bit of an adjustment to go back to a smaller ship. I would like to add that this is a VERY port intensive cruise, so it is not about the ship this time. Can't wait!!

We just booked her for a B2B in the Med next summer. We definitely love the bigger newer ships, but for Europe the itinerary was more important.

Very good to hear - I just began researching a future vacation, which incorporates a cruise and saw that the Rhapsody is sailing the itinerary we are interested in.  The first thing that came to my mind was "I am glad that it is not one of the larger ships," but the second thought was "I know it's an older ship, I hope she is still in good shape." Thanks for the update

We were on in Oct. 2018. Ship in good shape and the crew were great as well. Would sail her again if possible.

Just got off her on Sat and it was a great cruise.shop looked good food was good and cruise director(don't usually notice them) was great it Michel  and gamma was activity director. That was her last cruise on the ship she will be on enchantment after vacation

Did you play in the casino during your trip? If so, did you notice what table games were offered in the casino?

We were on over Ney Years for our second time, and have already booked for a third.  Love the ship!  It's where our love of AFTs started, and really our love of cruising.

Blackjack for sure...I took a chunk of their money with me.

 

I'm pretty sure Roulette was offerend, and some variations of poker, though I can't specify which as I didn't play them.

Sailed the RhOTS in Dec18. First RC cruise and VERY happy. HAL fan-kids here and were quite impressed with venues and service. Moved around a few nights in Anytime dining room, but found our happy place and were seated there from then out. RCI moved to our second favorite after this cruise.
