Make a Payment Work Around Worked

After several weeks of unsuccessfully trying to make a payment in Already Booked, I finally found a way to do it. Go to My Account, select My Bookings, then Upcoming Cruises, Payment Schedule, Manage Payments, and voila! Make a Payment. The booking amount is listed and what has already been paid and what the balance is. There is another thread on this problem with numerous other passengers expressing frustration at trying to make payments in Already Booked. However, I thought a new thread might catch peoples' eyes who have been frustrated with the HAL website.

I think they fixed the glitch.  I was able to check balances for both of my booked cruises.  In the past, using the sequence you described, I only got to the page to view itinerary, buy shore excursions, etc.  What a pleasant surprise this morning!

This is why we use a TA -- let her handle our final payments.

Thanks.  Works fine the way OP describes it, but not so well, at least for me, if I enter my account directly.

 Both my cruises are working for make payments as well. It’s about time.

If I go in through My Account and click on Manage Payments, I go directly to the payment page.  If I go in under Already Booked, it only has an option to Make Payment on the cruise that I haven't paid off  yet.  Perhaps that's the difference.

It shouldn't be so difficult for a company to accept payment.  You would think they would make it as easy as possible.  Grrrr....
