Yeah, it was at the pool bar and they didn't have anything else. I later ordered a Bloody Mary in the casino bar and yelped in happiness when it was a normal straw. When I told him what happened upstairs, he laughed and told the entire group of bartenders.  I almost always keep regular paper straws in my purse now.  Chocolate and Tomato. Gross.

I went and took a walk around while most of the people are out enjoying Grand Turk... A little funnel action of a different sort...

They put this padding around the giant metal poles so drunk people don't run into them... Well, you can still run into them, but it won't hurt as much...

Putt putt course... They call it mini golf, I suppose putt putt is trademarked...

Ropes course... I saw a kid up there yesterday screaming for dear life while he held on tightly to the giant metal pole...

Did you check the other side? This is always the longer line. Of course I’m never there for opening.

I mentioned earlier about the absurdly long wait to get back on the ship, even though there were only about twenty people in line...

 

Currently, there is a line stretching all the way from the ship to shore... Whomever is responsible for this should be fired immediately. I'm not even sure if I want to get off the ship if this is what I have to look forward to trying to get back on...

I don't think I've ever seen a line even a quarter of that length.  That is pretty ridiculous.  Someone messed up.
