Do you wear the same tux more than once on a short cruise or do something different each formal night?

My DH will wear the same tux, but with different shirts.

DH always wears the same one; sometimes with a different bow tie.

Not too long ago, two of the men at our dinner table had each packed four different tuxedos for a 16-night cruise.

Husband would not take a Tux on any cruise.

Fortunately most lines no longer have formal🤮nights.

Thank you all.  I actually do want to wear the tux but wasn’t prepared to take something else like a different style or color jacket or whole other suit

Have you ever had to wear a suit to work? A couple of suits will last an eternity with different shirts and ties. But with a tuxedo you don't even need to do that. Bob has two tuxedo shirts and one bow tie. That's plenty.

I have rented tuxes for my DH which worked well, picking it up in Cherry on Top on Caribbean cruises.  Now I find out this isn't available on my European cruise on Carnival Legend Sept 2020.  Any advice? Thx!!

Well I bought a used Jos A Bank for about $50 and it was a little baggy. Having some tailoring done now.  Ordered a polyester cummerbund and pre tied bow tie, those arrived today and while going through my stuff I found my grandpas silk cummerbund and 6 self tied silk bow ties and I’m not even sure what this huge white silky thing is.  Anyway, for way under $100 I’m in business.  Didn’t get patent leather shoes though

On a cruise with two formal nights i would wear the same tuxedo, same shirt but change it up with a different tie.

Enjoy the attire you plan to wear and most importantly have a great cruise.

Hubby brings 1 tux, 2 shirts, and 2 different tie/cummerbund sets.  You could always bring a different coloured shirt to mix it up.
