Liberty of the Seas refrigerator?

Are there refrigerators in the rooms on the Liberty of the Seas and if so are they filled or empty?

All fridges(coolers) are empty regardless of the ship.

On the Liberty right now.  The chillers are empty.  We have sailed the Liberty many times and I must tell you that all of the chillers we have experienced are useless.

Fridges-yes. Empty. Not very cold. We kept water and diet cokes in there and asked our cabin steward to keep a bucket of ice in cabin.

In my recent experience, newer Royal ships, or new cabins in older Royal ships actually do have fridges. 

they definitely get colder than the older Thermo electic coolers.

 

Look for the label inside the device. If it says Refrigerant type, it's a fridge

The fridge on Symphony was definitely cold.

Liberty's are definitely empty "Coolers"

We also got ice twice a day on the Liberty and found that if we kept the bucket of ice in the "cooler" it brought down the temperature.

Also, if you leave the cabinet door open a little, it helps get the hot air out which greatly improves the cooling ability.

We are sailing on LOTS in Feb and my son has medications that need to be kept cold.  Now I'm afraid that the coolers won't be cold enough.  Any suggestions?

Can request Medical Fridge from Royal, think there is a Form, not sure exact email is or can call. Not sure size is or size you need, Sure someone will post all info after me
