Yes.  And I believe they will reimburse your change in travel costs to return home as well.

Any refundable costs like port taxes, gratuities, shore excursions is refundable. you might lose the cruise fare depending on why they deny you

Good to know. I was curious as I saw someone on rcl boards say rcl issues a fcc, not a refund. 

 

All these new rules hard to keep up with.

Simple. if you feel sick or are sick. Do not go. If you have travel insurance great. Go to the doctor and ahve him confirm you are not to travel. Insurance will refund your cruise cost and the cruise line will refund everything else.

That is only for those that have travel insurance and even then some won't cover it.

I swear I just saw something that said they’re now checking temperatures (and maybe O2 sat?) and if you’re denied boarding at the port due to these, then you can choose a refund or FCC. I’m almost positive it was Carnival, but I can’t for the life of me remember where I saw it. I suppose it could’ve been another line? Sorry I’m not more helpful.
