Am I crazy to book a 4 day cruise in October?

Carnival Corp owns Princess and Carnival Cruise Lines.....  I bet ya CCL will follow Princess in canceling their cruises til same time

I disagree. Someone just asked John Heald if Carnival would be following Princess with Dec 15 and he denied the possibility. October is still good to go.

Does anybody remember when Carnival unequivocally stated that cruising would start back up on August 1st - then had to back pedal saying that is not what they actually meant? It continues to boggle my mind that people see John Heald as the be all and end all of accurate information.
