Actually the first one is Symphony  in  Moorea, during  the December 2012 Symphony TP crossing.I got off in Papeete and missed Bora Bora as it was on the next segment 😞

Is the bottom one the William Jolly Bridge in Brisbane?  I've been there a couple of times.

Ok, I'll give this a try.   Most of my blog photos have cryptic descriptions that sometimes give the location away, but this one is simply "metalchurch".

Location and associated port?

You beat me to it, Patty! 😉

I’ve been surfing through Roy’s blog the past 20 minutes. By the banner adjacent to the church I figured it was from the Symphony SF-NY cruise in August 2018.

Roy, your blog mentions it was in Grecia. Was that on the way from Caldera to San Jose?

Good catch.  It's probably around the midpoint of the route.

BTW, has Crystal been to Cuba?

Isn't the second photo of the 4 you posted together from Lisbon? I know I've seen that and that's all that comes to mind.

Patty

Well done , once again, Texas Tillie!!!

I wish I could remember the history of it 😞

🙂 It is indeed in Lisbon. I really liked it, so I took the picture 🙂

I believe I saw it while on the way to the airport.. One I came from Marseille-Lisbon and the other was a TA crossing from MIA-LIS

here is info I just found:

The Águas Livres Aqueduct is a historic aqueduct in the city of Lisbon, Portugal. It is one of the most remarkable examples of 18th-century Portuguese engineering. The main course of the aqueduct covers 18 km, but the whole network of canals extends through nearly 58 km.http://www.worldtravelattractions.com/aguas-livres-aqueduct/

When I read that in your comment I have to say I thought "oh yeah, that cruise - that one that was 3,000 yrs ago". Well it does feel like ancient history now!

Actually i booked a cruise on Oceania.  I was waitlisted. My husband did not want to go so I canceled and went with a small group of photographers. It was a people to people exchange where we taught Cuban photographers how to do portraits. We stayed in Air BnB's called a Casa Particular. It was an amazing experience but far from the luxury of a Crystal experience. The people there are wonderful. The food is surprisingly good.

Although I doubt very much I could swim from here to there, my guess would be Key West???
