The shape of the windows seem the same, at the Onda render there also was a diagonal row of windows if I remember correctly. That could be anywhere on the waterfront deck, IF it's a Leonardo render..

Current status: located the tug and tow on MarineTraffic.. 

 

Tug's name is Eraclea, will be at the Black Sea at appr. 10 hours from now on at the current speed of 3 or 4 knots per hour. Unknown if she will tow her the entire trip.

 

Route; Black Sea, Strait of Istanbul (Bospurus), Greece, Adriatic.

My guess it will take at least a week, a day or ten? Depending on the speed on open seas.

Next up in Tulcea, Romania; Leonardo 2!

 

It's a bit of a moon landing thing, with Leonardo 1 being under tow we're a bit at the dark side of the moon with the thread. Until she arrives at the Italian ship yard that is. It appears to be a quite open ship yard, lots of roads around it, enough social media activity so we shouldn't be too worried about catching up with Leonardo 1 this fall. 

 

And perhaps NCL might even give us some deck plans, venues or a ship name... We do apologize to NCL for better knowing where their ship to be is than then Del Rio himself. If that might help on that matter.. but then again, those renders are from 2017!

Changed to Oct 6 now. The tow reached the Black Sea.

maybe it is not final, but if you zoom the pic, the balcony at the left last two windows looks bigger then the rest, or ?

Hmm. The only part where the render has a bump outwards is at the aft saucer/UFO. A Virgin megablock also had a different block riding piggyback on the megablock while leaving Tulcea. Or the balconies follow the shape of the pool deck higher up and the render does not reflect this.

Love this Atrium!  The light fixture reminds me of one above the elevators on the Bliss.

Yes, I would much prefer that light fixture to the butt ugly chandeliers they have created on the latest ships.  It is sleeker and more modern looking.

There was only one ugly chandler or? I like the others. I like the away atrium. The glass stairs looks cool and many people take pictures there.

Maybe I am just biased because the Escape is my favorite ship, but I definitely think it has they best chandelier of the Away class ships.

But keep in mind, the chandelier is at 678 Ocean Place and the Atrium is at the coffee bar/guest services? So we might not have seen any Leonardo chandelier..
