LATREW* meaning?

Just did a booking and noticed LATREW* in the upper right corner of the NCL confirmation category PROMO CODES: .....

 

Under the payments section in the centre of Page 1, it defines *LATREW as follow. Does it mean this booking won't earn any Latitude rewards points?

As stated in the notes, the code is automatically applied so that you get your tier benefits.

 

The sentence about it not providing Latitude points references certain cruises that offer double Latitudes points.  The code show won't award the "extra" points.  There is a separate code for that (I think it is LATITUDES but someone here will correct me if it's not.)

This is correct. Latitude is the bonus point (for my February cruise that likely won’t happen[emoji26]). Latrew just means that you have a tier status so you get the benefits.

Thanks to both. I can read LATREW* is the basic code for all Latitude rewards members and the usual 1 point per night will be rewarded upon completion of the cruise. Whilst the separate code "LATITUDE" signifies the member will be rewarded one extra latitude points per night.

Can someone direct me to the thread that defines all of the Promo Codes?  I've seen one a while back, but a search pulls up many threads that are only discussing one particular promo code or another.  TIA

LATREW = the promo code that adds your internet minutes/any onboard bonuses that comes with your latitudes status. This promo code does not give you any extra points.

 

LATITUDE, on the other hand, is the promo code that gives you the extra point per night for Latitudes cruises.

We are platinum but our booking for next May doesn't have either item at the Promo Codes?

Curious as well where we can find a couple of these. DISC20 should be the 20% we got and the SHX50 the discount for the cabin on a shore excursion. 

EASYFARE maybe just that we only moved this year to next year after we were cancelled but the other one is a puzzle.

EASYFARE is on many of my bookings, actually don't remember ever seeing an invoice without that code. Here's what cruise industry site says: "Norwegian Cruise Line is introducing EasyFare, a new promotional code that further streamlines the line’s promotional code structure and booking process. The new code replaces PG6 and will better represent Norwegian’s philosophy of being easy to do business with as part of its Partnership 2.0 initiatives. EasyFare takes effect on April 1, 2011." My first cruise was in 2012. 

 

HSDISXIN is to do with all promos for those in the Haven.

I'm guessing HSDISXIN stands for Haven Suite (HS) Dining Package (DI), Shore Excursion Credits (SX) , Internet (IN).  Does that match up to the Free at Sea selections you have made on the booking?  And are you in a Haven Suite?

Yes that is correct.  Here is what it looks like on a confirmation email from NCL.  One denotes the perks you receive on your current cruise once on board and the other denotes the amount of latitude points you gain after that sailing is completed.

Hi Everyone - 

After an extended away from cruising (Feb 2019 was our last cruise) we are returning Jan 2023 on NCL Jewel for Mexican Riviera. 

 

Today I called and had our cruise rebooked since the current sale provided better benefits and cheaper rate and also had this rate code. 

 

We have the LATREW and LATTITUDE promo codes on our booking, to clarify this will result in 2 points per night when we sale?
