Has anyone gotten FCC email for Dec cancelled cruises yet?

The email said we would receive by 11/30 but I didn’t think it would truly take this long, has anyone else gotten theirs yet? Wondering if I should call.

Haven’t seen any for the December cancellations for my clients yet.  If you call the reps just look at the notice and will tell you that they aren’t due until the 30th.

No, I got refunds...as I requested.

Agree. FCCs never did appeal to us. Show me the money. 😉 That's why I wait a let the cruise line cancel our cruises. I've requested cash refunds for all our 2020 cancelled cruises. Unfortunately we've got airline ticket vouchers due to purchasing non refundable tickets we have to use by March and December 2022. Just hope we can use them before they expire for a cruise or land trip.

I did have some FCC vouchers, a couple of cruises I cancelled ahead of final...but used them up already towards cruises end of 2021 and early 2022.  All the rest are cash back to CC.   In a perfect world, it would be deposits back in cash...but the world is not so perfect with RCI...they prefer to cancel AFTER full final payment...ugh...  😞

This is my first FCC, all of the other cancellations were refunded, lifted and shifted, or just moved to a different date.  The rules were changed and it just seemed easier this time.  I am really tired of keeping spreadsheets to track pending refunds and travel insurance policies on hold.

Thanks everyone, I’m going to call first thing Monday and see what they say.

Be prepared for the typical answer...”it is being processed..give it another 7-10days”

In my experience in dealing with many of these for clients calling to inquire doesn’t do any good until they are long overdue.  It is only then that someone may take the time to look into it to see if it had for some reason been missed.   Going by the replies on here no one has received FCC’s for December cruises.

Had not received my FCC for our canceled December 4th cruise (9-night) but our TA called RCI and they agreed to apply it to our Feb/March cruise to Aus/NZ for final payment, since they have not yet been canceled. Still had to pay more $$ to RCI but the FCC helped to decrease it by around $1800.

BTW, my BIL was booked on the same December 4th cruise, requested a refund, and already got his $$. What?!!

Over the past 3 months at least refunds have been processed much quicker than the FCC's.  I had my refund for our cancelled Christmas cruise 8 days after they announced the cancellation

I applied for cash back refund back to CC (did not want yet another FCC) within minutes of getting cancellation emails from RCI for both 11/29 (which I would have been boarding right now...  😞 ). and second leg 12/6 Harmony.    Have been refunded for both already.

We had B2B Oasis cruises (12-6 and 12-13).  We asked for a refund for the 12-13 leg.  It was a casino comp and I didn't want a small FCC to deal with.  We asked for the 125% FCC on the 12-6 leg as it was a SC booking and fairly significant $$.  The 12-13 leg disappeared from our list of upcoming cruises immediately and we have gotten all of the $$ owed.  HOWEVER, the 12-6 leg is still showing in our upcoming cruises.  It has been my experience that they don't start processing ANYthing - FCCs or refunds - until that cruise comes off the "list".  It will be interesting to see if it's there tomorrow morning.

I was refunded my 12/6 Harmony in full a week ago.

I love how they can’t do things in order still! Our November cruise was cancelled and moved to next December. As it was a casino cruise they said they had to reimburse all the money then we’d have to pay it off again as they couldn’t move the funds even though price protected. Had port fees back a while ago no sign of the rest of it was told would take 45 days!

i expected it to be quicker seeing as we have to pay it back to them,,!
