I think ice cream. They dump hot caramel on it to melt it. Really cool. Came from Wonderland originally I think. It's called The World

Ah, the Chocolate melting ball-a miracle.  Hard chocolate ball, hot chocolate poured over it; the chocolate slowly melts to reveal ice cream.  Really a fab chef creation.

They don’t let riff raff like me into Chops, so I’ve never seen their mac’n’cheez before. It looks.... wrong. Everyone knows it’s supposed to be orange.

We’re also on in 77 days.  Have a question:  Is there really that much difference between Jamie’s and Giovanni’s?  We like Giovanni’s but often people give less than favorable reviews of Jamie’s.

I like Jaimie’s a lot more than I ever liked Giovannis. I think Jaimie’s is a more casual Italian dining experience.
