I have been trying to select that option for a few days and keep getting a message that says, “Information is not currently available.” Has anyone else had this issue? I am on the Odyssey and am using the Royal app for ship activities and menus. I don’t see any place on this app for my other cruises. Am I missing something? Thanks. We were just able to get past the "check back later" block this afternoon and now after many "Continue" clicks get stuck at a page you must select a check in time but the box is blank. Nice Royal guy just said IT is aware of the situation and is rolling out times.... sometime, some day, some way, etc as per his information. We can have one of three screens: several times listed, one time listed or our "extra special" no times and no way to proceed screen. His best advice was to keep trying until it works. Open the RCI app. Go hit the little person head at the top right of the first screen. Below the name of your next cruise, there should be a blue link to "Select a different sailing" . Same issue on odyssey November sailing. App states check in would open Tuesday, got as far as choosing the time, and got the same “check back later” message. Was able to check in for November freedom sailing, but only available check in time was 3-3:30. Someone posted on a social media page that there’s an IT Issue being resolved (may take a few weeks) and to keep checking back.
