The url is user specific, so it wouldn't do anyone any good.

They also asked that I keep the contents of the survey confidential, but you can just imagine what it was about.

Mine was quite specific....only about one unique feature of sailing with Princess.

I replied as quickly as I could letting them know what I thought about their app.  I certainly did not choose the cruise due to the app.

I got the same email for our upcoming Grand Cruise. Most of the Qs are about the Medallion not the App. I did write about the App in the comment section though.

Just got mine and it was specific to one of my upcoming cruises.

While I've been sitting here on hold with Princess for 40 minutes, I could have been filling out a survey.  I've got a lot of things I'd be happy to write about.

My survey also asked about our Cruise we just completed on Majestic.

 

One thing I mentioned was the lack of power staff had to DO anything about

passengers who are asked to mask and Refuse.

I saw this happen in the casino, with a man who was asked by several casino

staff to mask up, and he kept refusing.

 

I didn't understand why they didn't escort him out?

So inquired and was gently told they do all they can to get persons to mask,

but really can't Do anything.

 

Seems Crew needs the permission and backup from the Top to enforce.

They need to know that Princess has their back, for the sake of the rest of us.

The minority of jerks shouldn't be allowed to get away with that.

Some people do have legitimate medical exemptions.  How do we know this person wasn't someone like that?  IDK why Princess wouldn't accept that.

In the Casino people were also allowed to go maskless to smoke , drink.

Just got the same email regarding a cruise for Oct. 2022, no reference to the 2 cruises prior to that.  Go figure.

I received that email yesterday, I went into email this morning to take the survey (it would not have been a good report) and it said my time to reply to the survey had expired.  So much for telling Princess what I really think of them.
