1: Royal Caribbean's website

2:Scroll to bottom..click on Transportation (under Plan a Cruise)

3:Scroll down to the "blue" Air2Sea FAQ's..click

4: Choose the first question "Can I book my flights......."

5:  Chook "blue" Book a flight

6: Complete reservation #, Ship Name, Last name, and Sailing date (be sure you press OK at bottom of date option)

7:  Cool page loads up showing a count-down calendar, sailing info, payment summary, stateroom....and at the bottom there

is an option to "search flights"

I couldn't get this to work with Firefox...but does with Edge.

I couldn't get it to work with Edge. It says to contact the person who helped book my reservation...

The ship name dropdown box would not populate for me on Chrome, but it would populate on Safari. (MacOS)

Unfortunately since I booked with a TA I get the following message:

UNSUPPORTED BOOKING

Unfortunately we cannot service your cruise online. Please call the party that helped you create your booking.

I have tried both for days…the long version won’t let me choose a ship, and the choiceair link shows the maintenance error. Both on Safari.

I have 4 international flights coming fall/2022 to fall/2023, and would really like to check some pricing.

Maybe they should have discussed their IT issues today on their meeting.

On laptop, I can pull up reservation, but no cool page that says search flights.

it does work with Edge.  Only thing I can't do is a quick search for flights to see if the prices went down.

I was able to check a couple of weeks ago for my July Arctic Circle cruise...pricing was high and they didn't offer the flight/carrier I wanted...so I booked directly with DL. and am happy with what I got.

Air2Sea still not working at least for me.

Works for me, but overall a disappointing experience.

Guess I'll call and waste a few hours putting in variable dates, airports, and fare classes.

Things you could do yourself previously

Try using an incognito browser. If I use a "normal" browser, I get the page telling me it's down but as soon as I switch to incognito I'm in.

I actually got what I thought was a great rate from Detroit to Rome but Im a TA so I can see the flights myself. I am trying to find a link for my clients though.

It looks like the customer version I have access to has eliminated the option to choose the pre and post cruise flight days when searching
